This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys travel (up to 80% of the time), problem solving on site, and driving quality, safety, and performance. You will manage teams, subcontractors, equipment, planning, and customer relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Tasks & Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop civil/relining crews across multiple project sites Plan and coordinate people, plant, equipment, subcontractors, and materials Ensure safety compliance (Harm 2 Zero), complete audits, and resolve site issues Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting quality standards Skills & Experience 3 years in a Supervisory or Leading Hand role in civil construction or pipelines Experience managing self-performing teams and/or subcontractors Strong understanding of onsite safety, scheduling, and cost control Driver's licence & White Card (Cert IV Civil Supervision desirable) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Benefits & Perks Salary $140K-$160K super Fully maintained company vehicle fuel card tolls Bonus program reward & recognition incentives Ongoing training, development, and career progression * Essential services industry with long-term job security About the company This industry-leading business has over 85 years of experience delivering pipeline infrastructure solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
